Ben Roethlisberger Practices on a Wednesday

(Joe Sargent/Getty Images)

This is how you know Ben Roethlisberger is preparing for every game as it could be his last. Typically, Wednesday is a day that Ben takes time off and rests his body and then resumes practicing on Thursday.

This is good news because it truly shows that our quarterback is all in and ready to shock the world and hopefully make his fourth Super Bowl appearance and hopefully his third win and cementing his legacy as one of the league's best quarterbacks.

This Super Bowl win will shut up the people who like to say that Big Ben isn't a Hall of Famer and have our quarterback happily walk off into the sunset and a perfect ending to a storybook career. This story has been filled with ups and downs and this final Super Bowl would be poetic in this final up.

However, if the Steelers don't win this Super Bowl. Big Ben is still a Hall of Famer. There is no doubt in our minds over that statement. Just look at his numbers, look at his highlight moments. We have seen the transformation of this quarterback into the next Steelers Legend.

I know it seems insignificant, however, this shows us that our quarterback is all in for this potential last ride and we should all be watching this game and cheering him on like it's his last performance. Obviously, we don't want it to be the end however, let's wait and see if this run goes all the way and gets the result we want.
