There has been much debate whether Hines Ward is a Hall of Famer or not most recently. The debate started because Julian Edelman has decided to retire and both players are Super Bowl MVPs with similar statistics in the game of football. If Edleman deserves to be inducted into the Hall of Fame then Hines Ward deserves it more.
There has been some big news surrounding Ward lately as Alan Faneca chose Hines Ward to be his presenter for the 2021 Pro Football Hall of Fame. Faneca and Ward were both drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1998 as Faneca was taken in the first round and Ward was taken in the third round of the NFL draft.
Now there is even bigger news coming from Hines Ward tonight on Instagram. He has announced he is having a new little MVP coming soon. It is great to see Hines Ward enjoying life after football and it will be interesting to see if his little one will eventually follow in his footsteps in regards to the game of football. Congratulations to your family Hines Ward!
