Kenny Pickett, George Pickens and Calvin Austin III are at the NFLPA Rookie Premiere in Los Angeles this week, and photos emerged on Instagram on Saturday of the three rookies in their Steelers uniforms for the first time.

Pickett also did a photoshoot for Panini America. Pickett and Pickens were hanging out with former Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson at the Premiere on Thursday. On his Instagram Story, Pickett said that he met a "GOAT" today, in reference to Johnson.

The three Steelers are among 42 NFL rookies invited to participate in the event, which includes the official unveiling of their first NFL jerseys and trading card photo shoots.

“We’re excited to be back in person for the NFLPA Rookie Premiere. The event is a vital component for us and the trading card community as whole, as it gives us the ability to capture the top rookies in their uniforms for the first time for their Panini Rookie trading cards in and as they sign their autograph trading cards.” said Jason Howarth, VP, Marketing, Panini America. “Following the Draft, we submit our list of who we view as the 40+ most collectable players to participate in the Rookie Photo Shoot and it sets the stage for our NFL/NFLPA trading card products for the year.”

Pickett posted a photo of himself with his Steelers jersey last night at the Premiere. It was the first time that the 2022 rookies saw their official jerseys.
