The full NFL 2022 schedule will be released at 8 p.m. on Thursday, but at least one reported leak in regards to the Steelers has come in. According to Saints analyst Nick Underhill of WWL-TV, the Steelers will host the Saints on Nov. 13 at Heinz Field. Of course, nothing is official until the schedule is released at 8 p.m, however.
The Steelers are 7-9 all-time against the Saints, and Mike Tomlin is 0-3 in his career against New Orleans. The Saints are the only team that Tomlin has yet to beat in his tenure as the Steelers head coach.
The last time the Steelers and Saints squared off was in Week 16 of the 2018 season, which was the game that featured the two controversial pass interference penalties on Joe Haden. The Saints prevailed, 31-28, and the Haden PI penalties played a big role.
