T.J. Watt was at the Wisconsin pro day

T.J. Watt was at his old stomping grounds on Wednesday, as the reigning Defensive Player of the Year was at Wisconsin's pro day.

Watt was seen working with Nick Herbig on some pass rush moves at the pro day. Wisconsin inside linebacker Leo Chenal also told Derrick Bell of SI Steelers at the Combine that he's communicated with Watt during the draft process.

"Just little questions for advice and he's a guy that's super helpful, wanting to help the next generation," Chenal said. "Isaiahh is a guy I played with in Madison. He's a funny dude, he's kind of like me, sort of quiet but he's a funny dude."

Chenal had 34 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press at Wisconsin's pro day, which would have finished tops among all participants at the Combine.

Watt trains back home in Wisconsin during the offseason, so he didn't have to travel far to Madison. It's good see Watt not forget his roots and help mentor future NFL players from the Wisconsin program.
